Access Bars Certification

The Bars are 32 points on the head where you have stored all the thoughts, ideas, beliefs, considerations, emotions and attitudes you thought were important in any lifetime.

Basically the Bars are the hard drive of your computer bank. It's like literally the stuff you have stored lifetime after lifetime.

And what this does is it deletes the files so that those things are no longer there and they don't just automatically come up.
